Peritoneal dialysis is an effective treatment for chronic kidney disease patients and it is a right to medical care that the patient does not have to pay for. The patient will need to bring the dialysis fluid through a catheter into the abdomen. The peritoneum serves to exchange waste.

Patients need to be monitored by manual dialysis records, such as the concentration of reagents used, water in and out, net volume, blood pressure, and their symptoms.

Previously, it had to be recorded in a notebook and came to see a doctor to monitor the symptoms. The Infections can be caused while the operation at home. Patients may not know or not notice.

The Dietz NCDs Monitoring (CAPD Module) system helps patients record and interpret daily health record results. Patients can be aware of any abnormal conditions such as tiredness, swelling, fever, abnormal water in and out, or unusual reagents color.

In the case of abnormal blood pressure, a telemedicine system can help, where the doctor consults via chat or video call. Patients can follow up on surgical incisions, which are abnormal or not. The patients have also received advice from professional nurses that can be cared for through the Telehealth system.

The Dietz NCDs Monitoring (CAPD Module) system allows patients to record and interpret the results of early abnormalities manually. The patients will notice and see a doctor before the symptoms spread. The system can help doctors and nurses collect data systematically and can help monitor symptoms effectively.
